INCORRECT ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
RETURN PROCESS
If you receive a defective product, one damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. To process your return, provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and relevant photos as proof.
REFUNDS
